Mrs. Lang enjoys spending time with family, fishing with her husband, traveling, hiking, cooking, watching thoughtful or lighthearted movies, gardening, tennis, reading about advances in science and technology, visiting museums and art galleries, connecting with friends far and wide, and having fun while working hard! She doesn't love to attend exercise classes but puts a priority on them because she knows they are good for her.  She enjoys working with new people, learning new things, staying current while helping others stay current and healthy in an ever-changing world.  She is active in her church and is passionate about building an encouraging community that supports the health and well-being of all.
